Ji Yeon(Jinny) Kim is an experienced news reporter with a demonstrated history of working in the broadcast media industry. She is currently working as a news reporter and Defense Ministry correspondent at Arirang Korea TV. Previously, she worked as economic/business correspondent for 4 years and news anchor for 2 years at Arirang Korea TV. Also, she regularly appeared in daily shows including ‘Business Daily’ and ‘Korea Today’. During the Law Internship at Yulchon Attorneys (2011-2012), she translated English contracts of researching companies at the International Arbitration and M&A department.

In 2018, she was a panelist at the event managed by “Economic Research Institute for ASEAN And East Asia,” which aims at further economic integration of the East Asia. In 2019, she was a moderator of the world biggest renewable energy high-level political conference, “The 8th International  Renewable Energy Conference (KIREC SEOUL 2019).” This year, she plans to attend “The 53rd Asian Development Bank(ADB) Annual Meeting” as a moderator, which will be held in Incheon, Korea. 

She studied International Law at Ewha Womans University and is expected to graduate from Convention and Exhibition Management, Graduate School of Tourism, Kyung Hee University. During 1993-1998, she resided in the Washington DC and Texas, U.S. She is fluent in English and has excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
